Lauren DeLeary Frost is a multifaceted artist and creator.
As a singer-songwriter, she won a Juno Award in 2019 and has toured the nationperforming live shows as well as a radio tour in Canada. She’s held red carpetinterviews and has hosted on a variety of TV networks.
Outside of music, she hosts a podcast, Deconstruct, with her husband Adam- breakingdown topics ranging from questioning religious upbringing, reimaging cultural norms,and demystifying conversations about sex, love, and other human experience.
Lauren is also a writer and shares in detail her thoughts on much of what is discussed in her podcast and more - including her lived experience as an Indigenous (Objibwe) woman and her effort to live her life as honestly compassionately, and abundantly as she can while hopefully leaving it better than she found it. She’s recently been broughton as a screenwriter in a special project she’s very excited to hopefully soon share with the world.
Although she has found herself both in front of and behind the camera throughout her life-her most recent focus has been on capturing the talent of others, and partnering with businesses and creatives to actualize their vision.
Lastly, Lauren is a radio personality at YoCo Nashville 96.7 FM where she gets to play the best new music, dish the latest hot gossip, and bring on incredible guests ranging from musical artists to personalities from the bachelor.
